It’s the kind that builds trust over time. That inspires people to speak honestly. That balances swift execution with moral clarity. It’s not loud or always celebrated. But it lasts.
True leadership is the slow burn of creating both economic and moral value—at the same time. And if done right, its impact continues long after your name fades from the org chart.
